RMA APPROVAL

After we receive your RMA request, we will process it to make sure it falls within our return policy. If it does we will then issue you an RMA number.

RETURN SHIPPING

After your RMA is approved and you receive a number, you will be responsible for shipping your product back to 1A Tools. Keep in mind, 1A Tools is not responsible for any damage during the return shipping.

INSPECTION AND REFUND

Once we receive your product and inspect it to make sure it is in like-new quality, we will refund you your purchase (minus shipping fees), back to your card.
